Education for Healthcare Professionals and Students

For students from the different schools (medical, nursing, pharmacy,dental) in UCSF, The UCSF Asian Health Institute provides an excellent learning hub for those who wish to increase their knowledge of diversity and how to better serve the Asian population. For healthcare professionals, it creates continuing education programs and seminars on the unique aspects of caring for Asian Americans. Given the dedicated focus, this institute acts as a magnet to attract faculty and researchers who are interested in advancing the health and eliminating healthcare disparities for Asian Americans.

特為醫護專業人士和學生提供教育

三藩市加大之亞裔健康研究院為那些在加州大學三藩市分校不同學院 (醫學，護理，藥劑，牙科) 就讀的學生增加他們對亞裔病人多元性醫療服務的知識。通過建立修練課程，講座和研討會，有助他們學習怎樣關顧亞裔病人獨特的文化和學懂怎樣去更好地服務亞裔: 如亞裔不同的遺傳傾向，成長環境和文化因素。這個專注亞裔健康的科研院就像一塊磁鐵，吸引對促進亞裔健康和消除其醫療服務差距方面有興趣的導師和學者加入隊伍。
